All Sales Are Final. There are no refunds. All purchases, including pre-order merchandise and single-day tickets, are final.

QuiltTopia Event Rules

➤ Do not touch quilts.

➤ Designated outdoor areas for smoking.

➤ No outside food, drink in the vendor hall/quilt show. Strollers permitted.

 

 

Photography Guidelines

 

➤ Allowed throughout the convention.

➤ Request permission for workshops, lectures, or vendor booths.

➤ No commercial use. Credit the quilt maker when posting online.

 

 

Video Policy

 

➤ No commercial use.

➤ Obtain faculty permission for workshop/lecture filming.

➤ Videos of workshops/lectures can't be posted online without permission. Includes platforms like TikTok, YouTube, etc.

➤ Credit quilt makers when sharing quilt show videos.

➤ Ensure QuiltTopia press pass is visible when filming for approved press.

 

 

Family Attendance

➤ Children (supervised) of all ages welcome. Show pass required for children over 10.

➤ Children over 10 allowed in lectures with a pass. 10 & under enter free.

 

 

Workshop Etiquette

 

 

➤ Silence electronics.

➤ Prepare with required materials from supply lists

➤ Respect instructor copyrights.

➤ Consider staying for the entire duration of the workshop as a courtesy to the host.
